Is this actually free, or is it a sales funnel?
The audit itself is free forever. Running Pass 1, checking your MCP surface, scanning five AI answer engines, and scoring your Wikidata footprint costs us cloud budget, not licensing. We’d like to earn your business on the deeper passes (Enforce, Perfect, continuous tracking), but the free audit is a standalone useful artifact — agencies use it to open client conversations all the time.
How long does it take?
Most audits complete in 5–10 minutes. The AI visibility scan is the slowest piece — each answer engine takes 30–90 seconds to fully render a query. If your site’s content is unusually deep (enterprise or franchise with many locations), the Pipeline pass can push it toward 15 minutes. You get an email either way.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The audit is read-only — we hit your site the same way any browser would, parse the public HTML and schema, run the five AI surface queries from our infrastructure, and pull your Wikidata record via the public API. Nothing touches your server, nothing lands in your WordPress admin.
What do you do with my email?
We send the report. If you don’t reply, we send one follow-up a week later with a specific recommendation based on what we found. That’s it — no newsletter, no resale, no sales sequence. Unsubscribe is a single click in the footer of every email.
Will this show up in my server logs?
Yes — we make a reasonable number of HTTP requests against your public pages to gather the content Pass 1 needs. Our user-agent identifies as SchemaMonkeeAudit/1.0 (+https://monkee.ai) so you can whitelist or filter it. We respect robots.txt and never crawl faster than one request per 2 seconds per host.
I’m an agency. Can I brand the PDF?
